“Elsa’s classes allowed me to finally let go of my anxieties about whether I looked good in a pose or was sweating enough and enjoy the benefits yoga itself. I remember specifically the class when Elsa came over to me while I was struggling to do chatarunga with out putting my knees down. She told me that there is nothing wrong with modifying a pose, and that it actually shows strength to do the pose comfortably rather than struggle. I love going to her workshops and smaller classes too! She always finds a way to teach us something technically difficult and fun but in a progression so that we can fully stretch and prepare our bodies with the basics first before trying a tricky arm balance pose or pincha.
